Tracking Your Progress: 'Me Tab'

The Me Tab Overview
- Your profile displays Total Fasts, Achievements and Current Streak. If no streak is in progress, your all-time longest streak is displayed.

Calendar displays the last two weeks of fasting and other data, which are represented by color-coded 'loops'. Tapping on any loop will show you that day's logged metrics.

Nutrition (Green): Appears if you logged a 12+ hour fast OR if you've logged a meal that day.
- Note: To view only logged fast on the calendar, tap the 'Nutrition' tab
- Activity (Pink): Shows any manually logged or synced workouts
- Sleep (Purple): Shows any manually logged or synced sleep data
- Restoration (Orange): Shows when either a mood log or mindful minutes are entered

Nutrition (Green): Appears if you logged a 12+ hour fast OR if you've logged a meal that day.

Weekly Metrics displays the metrics relevant to the currently selected goal
- You may change the goal at any time by tapping on the current goal showing.
- The goal options are Weight Management, Gut Health, Mental Clarity, Following medical advice, Increased daily energy, and A longer, healthier life

Recent Fasts graph displays the last 7 fasts completed
- Bars show as green if fasting goal was achieved
- To view fasting start/stop times, tap the graph, then tap 'see all data'
- Allows you to retroactively add a fast

Trends includes graphs for tracking progress for Sleep, Weight, Resting Heart Rate (RHR), Active Minutes, Caloric Intake, Glucose and Ketones
- The Zero basic graphs display uncorrelated data
- Zero Plus subscribers can access further customizations (rearrange graphs, turn off graphs and turn correlations on and off) to simplify the data visualizations view and access what's most important.
- Each of the biometric graphs supports manual logging support without connecting to Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Oura or Biosense
Trends Graphs
- Zero users can review all graphs by tapping 'Me' and scrolling to the Trends section.
- Zero Plus subscribers can view, rearrange and turn graphs off/on in the Trends section and graphs' correlation can be turned on/off by taking the following steps:

- Tap Me
- Tap the customizer icon in the upper left corner to access graphs on/off function and to rearranging the graphs
(If the graphs are new to you, you'll see and tap 'Customize your experience' at the top of the Trends section) - Use the toggle buttons on the right to turn graphs off or on and use the three lines next to each graph name to move the graphs into the order you want them to appear in on the Me screen
- Tap 'Done' to save your changes and the graphs you've chosen to display, in the order you chose will display on the Me screen.
Zero Plus: Turn graph correlations off and on
Want a simpler view of a graph without the correlation graph line? Just take the following steps:

- Tap 'See More’ to the right of the graph's name or tap anywhere on a graph
- Tap the button in the upper right to turn off the specific graph's correlation with fasts
- Return to 'Me' where you can now view the graph with the correlation turned off (your other graphs will remain unchanged until you choose to change them).
View graphs by time frame
- Zero users can view all graphs information for the week in the Week view (the last 7 days).
- Zero Plus subscribers can view all graphs in Week, Month, and Year views.
- Week = view the last 7 days
- Month = view the last 5 weeks
- Year = view the last 12 months
View Full History
You can review the entire history of your fasts and biometrics in each graph
- To view Fast history in the Calendar: Tap ' See All' to the right of the calendar name or tap anywhere on the calendar
- To view biometric graph history: Tap 'See More’ to the right of the graph's name or tap anywhere on a graph
- Once you're in the 'See All' or 'See More' view, you can scroll through your entire history.

Synching To Other Apps
To sync Zero with Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, or Oura, follow the instructions available here.
Manual
To manually log a fast or log data into graphs:
- To add manually add a fast, to the Calendar and tap the 'Add Fast' button
- To add data to a biometric graph, scroll to the graph you'd like to add data to and tap the 'Log [graph name]' button.
- Enter the date, time, and appropriate data relevant to the graph
- Tap the 'Save...' button

(You'll see a reminder if the chosen date or times are overlapping with another fast)

Deleting an entry
1. Delete an entry from within Zero
a. To delete a fast:
- Tap Me
- Tap Calendar
- Locate the fast you'd like to remove and long-press the chosen fast
- Then tap 'Delete this fast' when it appears
Alternatively, if you'd like to review the fast's information before deleting it, after step 2 above just locate the fast and tap it to open the details for review. From there you can delete the fast from within the details by tapping the 'Delete' button.
b. To remove a biometric entry from within Zero:

- Tap 'See More’ to the right of the graph's name or tap anywhere on a graph
- Tap 'See all data'
- Any entry with a pencil icon can be removed directly from Zero – Simply tap on that entry, then confirm 'Delete entry'.
2. Delete an entry from within Apple Health, Google Fit or other connected app
If you follow the steps above, and the entry has an information icon — not a pencil icon — you'll need to remove this entry from Apple Health, Google Fit or other relevant connected app directly.
Below is information for Apple Health and Google fit. Other connected app biometric data deletion methods will vary per app.
In the Apple Health app:

- Open Apple Health app
- Tap on your profile picture in the upper right
- Then navigate to 'Apps'
- Locate Zero, and tap on 'Data'
- From here, tap on the name of biometric you'd like to delete (for example, 'Weight' or 'Resting Heart Rate')
- Tap 'Edit' and remove the entry you'd like to delete.
In the Google Fit app:
You can edit weight and sleep entries, but you won't be able to delete them (this isn't currently supported). To do so:

- Open the Google Fit app
- Tap on the name of the biometric you'd like to edit (for example, 'Weight' or Sleep')
- Then select the entry you'd like to edit
- From there, choose the new entry, and tap 'Save'.
