What is a fast goal?
A fast goal is the amount of time you plan to fast. You may fast less or more than the chosen goal — the actual fast length will be determined by when you start and stop your fasting timer. The chosen fast goal will recur for future fasts until edited.
Setting your fast goal for the first time
- Once you've completed onboarding, you'll be prompted to choose a fast goal.
- Select a fast or tap the information icon to learn more about the fast goal. You can also create your own Custom Fast.
- Plus members create and save a custom Fast Preset.
Editing your fast goal during or outside of an active fast
While not in a fast

- To change your fast goal, tap the 'Edit XXH Goal' in the center of the timer ring.
- Select a new fast goal from the 'Change Fast Goal' screen
During an active fast

- Your current fasting goal shows above the end fast date/time (red arrow)
- To change your fast goal, tap the end fast date/time button
- Select a new fast goal from the 'Change Fast Goal' screen
