If you weren't able to log a fast when it occurred, you can do so retroactively. Here's how
- Tap the 'Me' tab
- Scroll down to the 'Recent Fasts'
- Tap 'Add Fast'
- Add the start and end times (and if you like, add a mood journal while you're at it)
- Tap 'Add fast'
Note: If the fast overlaps with an existing one, you'll see an error message like the one below in the middle. Simply adjust the start/end time, then tap 'Add fast'.
Changing the start time of an active fast
- On the Today screen, tap the 'Edit start' button on the timer
