Getting Started
To start logging your weight you can set up Apple Health or Google Fit and set your preferred weight unit:
Connect Apple Health or Google Fit
- Tap 'Me' tab, where you'll receive a prompt to sync with Apple Health (iOS) or Google Fit (Android).
- When you sync with Apple Health or Google Fit, your existing weight history will appear in Zero, helping you visualize the impact of fasting on your weight over time.

Set Weight Units
- To set your preferred weight units, on the 'Me' tab, tap the settings wheel icon in the upper right corner.
Weighing-In manually
You're now ready to start tracking your weight! There are two ways to do this:
Using the Habit Tracker
- On the Today screen, tap the plus (+) symbol in the upper right corner
- Tap the 'Weight' option
- Tap the pencil icon in the upper right to modify the date, time & use the keypad to enter weight
- Tap 'Save' and you're all done!
Your new weight entry will now appear in your Weight graph on in the 'Me' screen.

On the 'Me' screen
- Tap the 'Me' tab
- Scroll down to the Weight graph
- Tap the 'Log Weight' button
- Tap the pencil icon in the upper right to modify the date, time & use the keypad to enter weight
- Tap 'Save' and you're all done!
Your new weight entry will now appear in your Weight graph.
Setting a weight goal
If you're fasting for weight loss, it can be a great idea to set a weight goal.
- Tap the 'Me' tab
- Scroll down to the Weight graph
- Tap on the 'Set Goal' link
- Select your desired weight goal, then confirm by tapping on 'Save Changes'
The Weight graph will be updated with the goal that was just entered.
Updating an existing weight goal
- On the weight graph, tap the 'Goal: ...' link, update the goal weight then tap 'Save Changes'
- Select a new weight goal or remove it by tapping 'Reset'.
Reminders
Weigh-in Reminders
If you’re tracking your weight, we can send you a reminder to weigh-in at the same time every day, or as little as once per week.

- Tap the 'Me' tab
- Scroll down to the Weight graph
- Tap the ‘Set reminder’ link in the lower right of the Weight graph
- Tap on the days of the week you’d like to receive weigh-in reminders.
When a day is highlighted (dark), you’ll know that it’s selected. - Choose the time of day you’d like to weigh-in
- Tap ‘Save Alert’

The weight graphs will now display you've set up weight in notifications.
Edit an existing weigh-in reminder

- To edit an existing weigh-in reminder, follow the same steps as above, then edit the day and/or time you’d like to weigh in. To remove an existing reminder, tap ‘Delete alert’.

There are two ways to delete a weight entry:
1. To remove a manually entered weight:
Navigate to the 'Me' tab, tap the 'See more' button above the Weight graph, then tap 'See all data'. From here, select the weight you'd like to remove.
2. To remove a weight entry that was synced from Apple Health or Google Fit, follow the in the next section,

To sync with Apple health:

- Open the Health app
- Tap profile picture (upper right)
- Tap 'Apps' then 'Zero'
- Tap 'Data from Zero'
- Tap 'Weight' then 'Edit'
- Delete individual entries or use 'Delete All' to delete all weight data

Deleting a weight entries in Google Fit

- Open the 'Google Fit' app
- Tap on 'Weight', then select the weight entry you'd like to edit
- From there, choose the new weight, and tap 'Save'.
Note: Google Fit does not currently support data deletion, so you'll need to edit this entry.
