When you end a fast with Zero, we give you tools to make sure your fasts have complete and accurate data.
To end your fast, head to the Timer screen and tap 'End fast'.
Fast Summary
When you confirm that you'd like to end your fast, you'll be taken to the fast summary screen. This is where you can share your fast with friends, adjust your start and/or end time, and add notes.
Editing your start and/or end time
We've made it easy to adjust the start and/or end time of your fast. Simply tap on the 'Edit' buttons next to the started fasting and fast ended times, use the picker to select the correct time, and confirm that you'd like to save the new time. For complete details on editing a fast, please visit this short FAQ article.
Night eating
When you complete a Circadian Rhythm fast, you'll notice we also track your night eating. Night eating is calculated as the amount of time after your local sunset time before you begin fasting. To learn more about night eating, tap on the small info icon on the fast summary screen, or visit this FAQ article.
Post-fast journalling
When you end a fast, it can be helpful to reflect on your experience by tracking how you felt.
For example, if you had a great fast, felt a little hungry before bed, but slept well - you might want to add these details to your fast. We've made it easy to log this information: leave a reaction by tapping on 'It was hard' or 'I feel great!', then add a few notes about your experience in the 'Anything Else?' text box.
Finishing things up
When all your fast info looks good, tap 'Save fast' at the bottom of the fast summary screen.
Want to continue fasting instead of ending it? Use the 'X' button at the top of the screen to return to the 'Timer' screen and continue your fast.
Decided you want to delete your fast rather than save it? Simply tap on the 'Delete' button in the bottom left corner of the screen to remove this fast from your account.
If you've already saved a fast but would like to make changes or delete it altogether, please read this short FAQ article.
