A Note About Night eating
When you end a Circadian Rhythm fast, you'll notice we also track your night eating.
Night eating is calculated as the amount of time after your local sunset time before you begin fasting. To learn more about night eating, tap on the small info icon on the fast summary screen, or visit this FAQ article.
If you've already saved a fast but would like to make changes or delete it altogether, please read this short FAQ article.
