How Can I Request a Refund?
We want you to be happy with your Zero Plus subscription. If you purchased a subscription and it does not meet your needs or expectations, please request a refund as soon as possible.
As a subscription-based service, we are limited in what actions we can perform on individual accounts, depending on how you purchased your subscription. Please review the following instructions on how to request a refund.
Apple | App Store
While we provide the service, Apple manages all payments and any subsequent refunds; Apple processes payments and refunds directly on their side using a payment method associated with a subscriber's Apple ID - Apple does not provide Zero with this information due to their own internal policy.
This means Apple does not permit us to modify subscriptions, cancel current subscriptions or issue refunds to our customers directly from our side. As such, you will need to reach out to Apple's App Store customer support department directly.
