How to check subscription status
- Tap the 'Me' tab
- Tap the settings gear icon (upper right)
- In the Account section under 'Zero Plus':
- If you see 'Upgrade Now', the account you're logged into does not have an active subscription and tapping on 'Upgrade Now' will lead you to subscription payment options.
- If you see 'Zero Plus', it means the account you're logged into has an active subscription.
To view current subscription details and make changes in Zero
Tap 'Zero Plus' and you'll see the following information:
- Subscription type (monthly or yearly)
- 'Member Since' date
- If currently in a subscription, you'll see the 'Ends On' or 'Renews on' date
- Option to renew or cancel subscription auto-renewal
- If you see the 'Renew Subscription' option, it means you've already canceled your subscription auto-renewal and you won't be charged again unless you change your subscription settings.
- If you see the 'Cancel Subscription' option, tapping on this will cancel your subscription auto-renewal, and you should then see the 'Renew Subscription' option
- Note that you may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time and still enjoy Plus benefits through the end of your current billing cycle.
