Why do we offer a 7-day free trial?
We understand that everyone has different health goals and expectations, and believe the only way to truly know if Zero Plus is a good fit for you is to try it out, worry-free. The following information will help provide you with a positive free trial experience.
Some important notes regarding the Zero Plus 7-day free trial subscription
- This offer is only associated with our regularly priced yearly (annual) subscription
- The 7-day free trial subscription offer may only be used once, per account. If a second free trial is initiated, you may inadvertently be charged for a normal yearly subscription
- You may cancel your free trial at any time and you will still have access to Zero Plus until the end of the trial period
Canceling a 7-day free trial or paid subscription auto-renewal
Apple
- Open the device's 'Settings' app
- Tap your name
- Tap 'Subscriptions'
- Select Zero
- Tap 'Cancel Subscription'
Important: For Apple, we are obligated to adhere to Apple's subscription policies.
Per Apple's subscription policies, free trial subscriptions, and paid auto-renewal subscriptions must be canceled by the account holder at least 24 hours before expiration.

- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Zero
- Tap 'Cancel'
