How to check your subscription status

You can check the status of a subscription within Zero, or in the App Store or Google Play. 

In Zero

1. Tap the 'Me' tab
2. Tap the settings gear icon (upper right)
3. Scroll down, then tap 'Zero Plus' in the 'Account' section
4. If you're subscribed to Zero Plus, 'Active' will display. If you're using the free version of Zero, 'Upgrade Now' will display. 

                 

In the App Store or Google Play

Alternatively, you can view your subscription status directly from the App Store or Google Play Store settings menu:

Apple

• • • Open the 'Settings' app
    • Tap your Apple ID name (usually at the top)
    • Tap 'Subscriptions'
    • Select Zero

Android

• • • Open the Google Play Store
    • In the upper left, tap the menu icon, next to the search bar
    • Tap Subscriptions
    • Select Zero
