Starting with iOS 14, Apple chose to add phrasing regarding Family Sharing on subscription-based apps, whether or not that particular app was eligible for this feature.

At this time, Zero is not participating in Apple Family Sharing. We are working to develop and evolve Zero for the best experience possible for family and friends wanting to fast together. Some of these initiatives include exploring ways to share fasting progress and considering different pricing options.
