As a Zero Plus subscriber, you can visualize the impact your fasting practice has on your overall health with new correlation and Fasting Zones graphs.
You can now view your fasting history plotted against your weight, sleep, and resting heart rate data.
To view the correlation graphs, head to the Me tab and scroll down. The correlation graphs can be viewed by week, month, or year. To see a detailed look at the correlation between your data tap 'See more'.
Below each chart, you can find articles to learn more about the relationship between each metric and fasting.
To take full advantage of these graphs, sync Zero directly to Apple Health or Google Fit. You can find complete setup instructions here.
Time in Fasting Zones
The Time in Fasting Zones graph shows the amount of time spent in each of the Fasting Zones. The graph shows this data as the total accumulated time in each Zone per day (12:00:00am - 11:59:59pm).
The Time in Fasting Zones graph is located in the Me tab, below the Total Fasting Hours graph. Tap the segments of the graph to see how long you've spent in each Zone or tap 'See more' to view each Zone individually.
