Fat Burning Mode — Plus Only
Burn fat faster during every fast with Zero Plus mode in your body during your fast. Simply tap Today to view.
Fat-Burning Mode lets you track the time your body is primarily burning fat for fuel, with real-time updates based on your health data. As you enter Fat-Burning mode your Timer will light up and flames will animate into view. Successive flames will activate as your body continues to burn fat.
