Why do we ask you to verify your email address?
We request this for a few reasons:
- To maintain the integrity of the Zero community, we want to ensure everyone in our community is a real person (prevents bots and spam).
- The email verification process can help spot email typos early on.
- A verified email allows us to be confident that we are able to contact you regarding any important app updates, app issues or product announcements.
How do I verify my email address?
To verify your email address:
- Tap the 'Me' tab
- Tap the settings gear icon (upper right corner)
- Tap 'Emails'
- If you don't see a verification email within a few minutes, tap 'Send another verification email'
- Open the email and follow the instructions
I never received an email verification email, and the 'send another verification email' link isn't working
First, check your spam or junk folder/filter and if you're using Gmail, check your 'All Mail' folder. If you can't find any verification emails, please contact our support team at support@zerolongevity.com from the email address you're trying to verify. We'll be able to take care of this for you on the backend and confirm this with you.
What if I don't want to receive emails from Zero?
No problem, once your email is verified, simply change your email preferences:
- Tap the 'Me' tab
- Tap the settings gear icon (upper right)
- Tap 'Emails'
- Adjust email notifications as you wish
