Creating a Zero account
To use Zero, you will need to create an account. To create an account and register:
- Download the Zero Longevity app
- Upon first launching Zero, you'll be prompted to create an account. You have four different login methods to choose from:

- The 'Sign in with Apple' button
- The 'Continue with Facebook button
- The 'Continue with Google button
- Enter an email address & password in the fields provided
Important: Your account and data will be associated with the login method you chose when signing up. Be sure to note the login method chosen when you signed up and use it when logging back in to access your account.
FAQ
Q: Why do I have to create an account?
A: To ensure you never lose valuable fasting history or other data, your account is synced to the cloud so you can access your data where you want, no matter which device you're using.

Q: I created an account, but I got logged out and can't find my account or data. What do I do?
A: It happens! If you find yourself unable to log into your original account or don't remember which login method you used to sign up, you can get in touch with our support team directly in two ways:
