How to Delete Your Account and Data
To permanently delete your account and data, take the below steps:
- Tap the 'Me' tab
- Tap the settings gear wheel icon in the upper right corner
- Tap 'My Data'
- Tap 'Delete My Data and Account'
- Read and tap the information sections
- Tap 'Delete My Data' to finalize the process

Q: What will 'Delete My Account' do?
A: Using the 'Delete My Data and Account' feature in the app will delete your account and all data associated with your account, and you will no longer be able to log in.
This is an irreversible process and once this action is taken, it is not possible to retrieve your account or any associated data.
Q: What will happen if I still have an active, paid subscription?
A: If you are a current Zero Plus subscriber, please note, that closing/deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
All paid subscriptions are managed by Apple's App Store (iPhone & iPad) side and Google Play (Android) side and can be canceled from within your subscriptions for those platforms.
