Download My Data

All Zero members can download their full account data history at any time by following the instructions below.

1. Tap the 'Me' tab.
2. Tap the settings gear icon
3. Tap 'Download My Data', at which time you'll receive an automated email from Zero at the email address that is associated with your account.
   • The email subject line will be 'Export Data Request'.
   • The email will contain a password and data download link.

Note: The data files will download within a zip file containing individual files in the JSON format.
