The Fast Journal is the perfect way to track how you're feeling during a fast. While all Zero users can access the basic mood logging and note taking functionality of the Fast Journal, Zero Plus subscribers also receive responsive content recommendations.
- Start a fast from the Timer or Coach Dashboard
- On the Timer, tap the emoji icon in the lower left
- Select an emoji, then choose up to 3 additional emotions
- Add a note in the text field
- Tap 'Save'
The emoji (mood) you chose will now be shown on the Timer screen. To add another entry or review previous entries, tap the emoji icon again.
You can also add a Fast Journal entry from the 'Save your fast' screen. To do so:
- Tap 'End fast' on the Timer
- Follow the same steps as above
- Tap 'Save fast'
After saving your fast, you can view your Fast Journal entries from the Coach Dashboard by tapping 'See details' or from your calendar (located in the History tab).
