The 'How are you feeling' section on the Today screen is the perfect way to track how you're feeling during a fast. While all Zero users can access the basic mood logging and note taking functionality of the Fast Journal, Zero Plus subscribers also receive responsive content recommendations.
- Start a fast from the timer on the Today screen
- Just below the timer, tap the 'How are you feeling'
- Select an emoji, then choose up to 3 additional emotions
- Add a note in the text field
- Tap 'Save'
The emoji (mood) you chose will now be shown on the Today screen. To add another entry or review previous entries, tap 'How are you feeling' again.
After saving a fast, you can review this journal by tapping 'Me' ➝ tap the mini-calendar ➝ tap the date of the journal entry. This will open your fast summary screen which includes any journals you've added for that fast.
