About
You can sync Zero directly with Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Oura, and Biosense® to track the impact your fasting practice has on your whole body health. See the below chart for which apps will connect which graphs within your Me tab:
Syncing with Apple Health and Google Fit will import any data being imported into those apps. For example, if you are using MyFitnessPal and have connected it to Apple Health, then the calories you log in MyFitnessPal will sync with Apple Health, and then with Zero.
If you are wearing a Fitbit device that tracks your Resting Heart Rate (RHR), Active Minutes, and/or Sleep, that data can sync directly with Zero. Any calories you log within Fitbit, or any weight you log (either through a connected Fitbit scale or manually) will also be imported to Zero.
This data will show up in the basic and Zero Plus correlation graphs in the Me tab.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: Do I need to connect other apps to display my data in Zero?
- A: No, you can manually log your data at any time.
- Q: I use a connected device (like a scale) and weigh myself regularly, why aren’t my weigh-ins showing up in Zero?
- A: Some partner apps must be open to sync with their devices. Ensure that you are opening these and that they are up-to-date with your device. Refreshing these apps will help keep Zero up-to-date.
- Q: I track my rides or runs using apps like Strava and Nike Training Club, how are those activities counted within Zero?
- A: Zero imports both exercise and workout minutes, which may be tracked separately in apps like Apple Health. If you use these apps and an Apple Watch, then some data may be counted twice as your watch records the activity you are already tracking.
- Q: I use an Android device and am in a similar situation, where are my workouts in Zero?
- A: Not all apps share the same data with Google Fit. Be sure to check the support pages of the apps you are having trouble with, and your app permissions within Google Fit.
- Q: I would like to make some changes to my past data. How can I do that?
- A: If you manually logged data using Zero, you can edit your past logs within the Me tab. Tap “See More” on the relevant graph, then tap “See all data”.
- A: If your data was synced from a connected app, you must first edit in that app. You can then resync your data within your Zero settings.
