Sometimes after you start a fast, you realize that a different fasting goal would work better. That's why we've made changing your fasting goal during an ongoing fast easy!
There are two ways to do this:
1. From the Timer screen, tap on the current fast goal button above the timer ring.
This will launch the 'Change fast goal' screen, where you can easily switch your fast goal by tapping on a different fast, and then confirming that you'd like to 'Change fast'. Want to learn more about a fast goal before making a change? Tap on the information icon to read about the benefits of that type of fast.
2. You can also change an ongoing fast by navigating to the Fasts tab and selecting a new fast goal.
For example, let's say you're doing a Circadian Rhythm fast and want to switch to a 16:8 fast. To make this change, you'll navigate to the Fasts tab, tap on 16:8 Intermittent, then confirm that you'd like to 'Change ongoing fast'. When you do this, the Timer screen will update with your new goal while maintaining your current fasting progress.
