We all get busy, and sometimes we forget to start or stop a fast at the right time. Not to worry - manually editing an existing fast or adding a new fast is easy!
Adding a new fast
If you weren't able to log a fast when it occurred, you can add it retroactively from your 'Timer' screen. To do so, start a new fast, then immediately end it. This will bring you to the fast summary screen, where you can use the 'Edit' buttons to adjust the start and end time of your fast. Confirm the changes by tapping on 'Save Fast', and your new fast will be added to your account!
Editing a current fast
If you started fasting, but didn't start the Zero timer on time, you can easily update the start time of a fast from the 'Timer' screen. Locate the 'Started Fasting' time and tap on the pencil icon. Next, select the correct date and time, then confirm that you'd like to 'Update starting time'. Your new start time will now be displayed on the 'Timer' screen.
Editing a saved fast
You can edit the start and end time of a completed fast in two ways:
1. If you notice that you need to make a change to the start and/or end time of a fast immediately after ending it, you can make these changes from the fast summary screen. Simply tap on the 'Edit' buttons next to the started fasting and fast ended times, select the correct time, and then proceed by tapping on 'Save Fast'.
2. If you need to update a fast retroactively, navigate to the History tab, and tap on Journey. Locate the fast you'd like to change, tap on the fast card, then use the 'Edit' buttons to update the start and/or end time of the fast. Make sure to tap on 'Update fast' (iOS) or 'Save Fast' (Android) to apply these changes!
